Sissa Germann

In her more than 20 years in the fashion business, Sissa has worked as a stylist in different segments. He specialized in image consulting and personal coloring and stood out professionally in the area for 8 years. Her experience of 10 years abroad pushed her to create something new, unusual, full of bossa and color. Since 2018, he has been at the helm of Drops de Cor, responsible for product development and personal color training.

Rafael Coutinho

Rapha is a multifaceted professional who brings with him an incredible ability to unite different languages ​​and creative areas. With extensive experience as an advertising director, he left his mark on projects for renowned brands such as TIM, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, Danone, Amazon, Kraft, Ambev and Johnson & Johnson. Rapha's works transcend borders. His creativity and originality are his hallmarks, a result of the diversity in his background and the constant commitment to telling powerful stories, combined with amazing visuals. In 2019 he joined Sissa in building Drops de Cor.
